UAAP Season 76 Opening Ceremonies

With a theme, Greatness never ends, the 76^th season of the most popular collegiate sports league in the Philippines kicked off last weekend. The University Athletics Association of the Philippines (UAAP) held its opening ceremonies for the 76^th season at the Mall of Asia Arena with the Adamson University hosting this season’s sports activities.

The theme of the Opening Ceremonies is Hunger Games. The eight participating universities paraded their athletes and muses. For this year's season, the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers will do their best to bring back the crown to Espana as they missed their 15th consecutive Seniors Overall Championship last year. The De La Salle University Green Archers will not make the Tigers' bid to win the overall as they vie for their back to back Championship this season. 

However, there are still six contenders who are out to take the Overall Championship from DLSU.
